Reset Yourself
About this work
Reset Yourself This work arises from an urgent need to represent the mental chaos we experience in the digital age. Every time we connect, we are bombarded by an avalanche of messages, alerts, symbols, opinions, prefabricated emotions… and amidst all this, fake news slips in as if it were absolute truth. The duck represents me, it represents all of us. It is the body trying to scream from within while the mind fills with a toxic and absurd cloud of stimuli that we did not ask for. “Reset Yourself” is a way of saying enough. Enough of allowing our minds to become a dumping ground for misinformation. Enough of consuming without filtering. The cloud of chaos that erupts from the character's head reflects the invasion of our emotions and thoughts by a sick digital ecosystem. A space where the real and the manipulated blend until we no longer know what to feel or what to believe. But this piece is not just a desperate cry. It is also an invitation. A call to pause, disconnect, and reset ourselves. To remember that we still have the capacity to empty that cloud, to clear our minds, and reconnect with our voice, with what is essential, with the truth—be it our own or simply that which is not adulterated by a thousand layers of interests and algorithms. “Reset Yourself” is not an ending. It is the beginning of an awakening.
